We can do it together

For the whole 5 years he was devoted not only to my training, but my diet as well. He even solved my problem (I used to feel nauseous after the workouts), but never after his training sessions. He was able to assess my physical condition and adjusted the training accordingly. The whole training session was just about me. To this day, we consult working out remotely, even though he is at the other side of the country, he is my trainer and advisor.

My greatest experience came after about four months of training, when I did my first pull-up. Before, I never thought I could do it. Marek took it as an automatic thing and had no doubts at all that I could do it. Gradually, I started to believe it too, and then it really motivated me to work out more.
